About the service
Are you having problems with your rooftop solar system? Our experienced and licensed technicians will come to your home to get your system back up and running.
- Our licensed electricians will come out to diagnose the underlying problems.
- If possible we will fix your electrical problems on the spot.
- If it's a larger issue we will bring a full crew to make sure the problem is taken care of.
- We've seen every possible solar repair or service problem in our 10+ years of doing business so rest assured, we have seen your issue before.
What’s part of the service
Our service and repair covers a few things:
- Initial diagnostics with a truck roll includes 2 hours of service and repair work.
- Larger, more complicated issues might require a second truck roll to get our technicians back out.
- We will do a walkthrough of what the issue was so you, the homeowner, understands what caused this issue.
- We will run multiple diagnostics tests to make sure it's fully functional once we completed the repairs.
